PROGRAMS

Boulder Montessori School offers programs for children in both the toddler and preschool programs. Part-day and full-day schedules are available. The classroom environments are open to the children throughout the day, as well as the outdoor environment. Nutritious snacks and a lunch are prepared at school.

TUITION REFUND POLICY

Closures for less than 10 school days:
If Boulder Montessori School is closed for any period up to ten continuous school days, tuition will be due and payable as usual.

PROGRAMS

Closures exceeding 10 school days:
If the school is closed for a period exceeding 10 continuous school days due to the COVID19 pandemic or a natural disaster, tuition is due and payable for the first ten days. Any tuition payments made in advance for subsequent continuous days of closure will be credited toward future tuition payments unless a refund is requested.

Refunds:
Request for refunds due to school closures must be made within 90 calendar days of the start of a closure. Any unapplied for refunds will be presumed to be a donation to Boulder Montessori School after 90 days. snacks and a lunch are prepared at school.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Boulder Montessori School is committed to providing admission to qualified students regardless of their financial situation and to maintaining a diverse student body that reflects the socio-economic backgrounds within Boulder. Boulder Montessori School awards scholarships on the basis of demonstrated family financial need. Awards are generally for a portion of total tuition in order to make assistance available to as many families as possible. Applications are considered in the spring of each year. The Extended Day Program is for children who will be five years old by December 1st and in the third full year of Montessori pre-school education. The morning is spent with the mixed age group and the Extended Day portion, with just these older children, is held from 1:00 pm-2:30 pm. The curriculum for this class centers on geography, science, advanced math and language activities, and cultural studies. Children must enroll in the full school day schedule to be eligible (8AM-4PM).
